Kim Kross is the COO of Big Blue Marble Academy and will lead our Regional Directors as well as the Education Department. She has over 20 years of operations and academic management experience in the education industry. Prior to joining BBMA, Kim served as the Chief Operating Officer for Elevate K-12, the leading provider of live-streaming instruction in the K-12 market. Kim also served as Vice President of Partner Operations for Amerigo Education where she led all midwest operations, as well as nationwide operational best practices and program implementation.
